Job Description

Working with a portfolio of small owner managed businesses we are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper in the use of Xero accounting software to manage all aspects of bookkeeping and VAT returns on behalf of our clients.This will involve both daily input of invoices, processing expenses, reconciliations of payments and bank accounts along with month end production of management reports.

This position can be offered on either 4 or 5 days per week.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

In what will be a close customer contact role we are looking for someone with strong verbal and oral communication skills, confident both on the phone and on video calls. We would like to find someone who is excited by the opportunity to develop working relationships with your clients, and will often find part of your daily role will be supporting them in the use of their Xero accounting. We are looking for an independent and experienced Bookkeeper who is keen to become part of a sociable team working in an open plan (socially distanced office).
