Your duties and responsibilities as a Contact Centre Agent include:

• Working within a high volume inbound contact Centre.

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, live chat

• Show ownership and accountability for offering solutions to help and benefit customers

• Maintain high service standards and continually improve the service to customers

• Work well within a dynamic team environment

• Negotiate, investigate and resolve issues whilst proactively seeking solutions

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Strong customer service ability. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience of working within a fast paced, target driven environment. Ability to balance workload and deal with multiple priorities. Capable of working with limited supervision – you must be a self-starter. Motivated to achieve targets whilst meeting call quality objectives. Embrace 'in the moment' coaching to develop your skills and knowledge.
