The main purpose of the role is to assist our customers at the counter and over the phone with any customer service and auction sales inquiries.
What responsibilities will you have?
Helping customers with any queries, face to face or via email or phone
Handing over vehicles that customers have purchased on the auction
Using the computer and our different systems on a daily basis
Carrying out General Admin duties
Checking and taking payments
Answering calls quickly and efficiently.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous customer services experience. Ability to work in a competent and efficient manner. Work well on your own or as part of a busy team. Strong communication skills. You will need to be able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment and multi task methodically. Effective communication skills with all stakeholders and our diverse customer base. You will be computer literate and be able to adapt to using our bespoke software. Applicants must have a full UK driving license.
