This role will involve but not be limited to;
Prepare & Manage various levels of programmes
Progress reporting & Critical path analysis
Working closely with the Construction, Design & Commercial teams
Assisting the Senior planners and/or working independently (within an established team) on allocated live or future projects.
Supply Chain engagement
Output/Data Collating

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

5 years Construction site and/or planning experience (Pre-construction or Construction) Competent user of planning software (Asta Powerproject) effectively Programming skills to prepare, monitor & manage programmes (All levels) Project experience of Mixed-use schemes, Residential (Inc. High Rise) and Commercial projects Ability to write clear, accurate and concise reports for internal and external audiences An awareness of modern methods of construction Knowledgeable of procurement, contract types and the design processes
