The role of Bookkeeper will offer a competitive base salary of £23,000 - £25,000 plus company perks & benefits. The offices premises are based in West Lothian with car parking on site.
You will be involved in but not restricted to the following duties:
Preparation of financial statements and annual audit including liaising with external auditors
Preparation and recording of monthly management accounts
KPI Reporting
Assisting with budgeting and forecasting
Monitoring of income and expenditure
Preparing and submitting VAT returns
Internal and external stakeholder management
Credit control experience, chasing debtors via phone, email and letter
Assist with bank reconciliations
Adhoc duties
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Minimum 2 years practical finance experience - ESSENTIAL Experience of financial software such as Sage - ESSENTIAL Preferably qualified to HNC in accounting Ability to build relationships with internal & external stakeholders Excellent verbal and written communication skills
