An international dynamic business based in the Heathrow area, due to a rapid period of growth this business is looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their busy finance team.
The role
This fantastic company are looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their finance team. This is a great opportunity that will allow you to utilise your previous transactional finance knowledge as well as learn and develop new skills. Reporting into the Management Accountant your duties will include:
- Check and process high volumes of purchase invoices
- Resolution of internal and external supplier queries
- Maintenance of PO System
- Management of pre-payments and fixed asset register
- Processing of staff expenses
- Assisting with month end reconciliations
- Ad-hoc duties as and when required

- What you'll need to be successful
- With experience already gained and having already worked in a similar position you will have experience in the above duties. For this role you will need to have:
- Previous experience of purchase ledger/accounts payable
- Good communication skills (written & verbal)
- Proficient Excel skills (V look ups & pivot tables)
- The capability to manage a busy workload
- A willingness to learn and take extra responsibilities
