Job Description

You will act as the central point of contact for telephone, email and postal

  • Update and monitor various types of data/statistics onto spreadsheets for planning and reporting
  • Assist with customer random testing programs
  • Participate in the 24/7 call out rota, monitor call out progress
  • Deal with customer job requests and booking in the job.
  • Assist with stock management
  • Ensure that all filing, both paper and electronic, complies with their data protection guidelines and specific customer requirements.
  • Provide the day-to-day administration support as part of the office Admin team.
  • Take meeting minutes
  • Provide ad hoc support to the Operations Manager and Directors as required.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Excellent communication skills. Strong customer service skills. Experience in general office administration. A willingness to learn. Enthusiastic team member with can do attitude. Highly computer literate: confident and proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Previous experience with SAGE software, desirable but not essential.
