Job Description
You will act as the central point of contact for telephone, email and postal
Update and monitor various types of data/statistics onto spreadsheets for planning and reporting
Assist with customer random testing programs
Participate in the 24/7 call out rota, monitor call out progress
Deal with customer job requests and booking in the job.
Assist with stock management
Ensure that all filing, both paper and electronic, complies with their data protection guidelines and specific customer requirements.
Provide the day-to-day administration support as part of the office Admin team.
Take meeting minutes
Provide ad hoc support to the Operations Manager and Directors as required.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Excellent communication skills. Strong customer service skills. Experience in general office administration. A willingness to learn. Enthusiastic team member with can do attitude. Highly computer literate: confident and proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Previous experience with SAGE software, desirable but not essential.
