We have a brand new full time position Monday-Friday for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to come and join our friendly team. Purchase Ledger role will include: -Inputting invoices on to sage -Complete various month end duties such as setting up new batch headers and spreadsheets. -Matching invoices to orders and posting to the purchase ledger -Managing purchase invoice queries by updating logs, liaising with suppliers and proactively seeking resolution through internal communication channels. -Reconciling Supplier statements.
Dealing with telephone queries and resolving queries and complaints as well as assisting the team with day to day administrative tasks.
