My top client who specialise in Support Services based in the London Bridge area are recruiting for a Temporary Purchase Ledger.
My client is looking for a sharp, enthusiastic and driven candidate who has purchase ledger experience and will confidently assist the day to day running of the finance team.
London Bridge | Full-Time | £12-£14ph | Must be immediately available!
Duties and Responsibilities:
Printing Purchase Orders
Cross Checking Purchase Orders against the Invoices
Posting Invoices
Code and check invoices
Work out VAT payments (so you'll finally be able to use your GCSE maths)
Pay out money via BACS or by cheque
Check and reconcile supplier statements
File invoices and statements
Deal with purchase enquiries
Process staff expenses
Reviewing any queries
Posting Remittances
Filing
Ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements:
Ability to work towards deadlines
Worked in a Purchase Ledger Clerk position previously
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Great attitude towards completing all tasks given
