The duties of the role include but are not limited to:
Processing client documents and inputting them onto accounts software
Preparing and filing VAT returns
Preparing monthly and quarterly management accounts
Bank reconciliations
Dealing with any client queries in a timely manner
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
At least 2 years experience working within a firm of accountants Experience using Sage and/or Xero Good communication skills and confidence when speaking to clients A good understanding of double entry bookkeeping Experience working both independently and as part of a team
