Job Description

we are looking for a Survey and Planning Assistant to ensure new build house plots, manufacturing and installation plans are delivery/action ready.

• Providing feedback to Design and Manufacturing teams, addressing opportunities to improve, including systems and training
• Keep up to date with new product features
• Producing regular activity reports
• Attend regular meetings with Contracts Managers and other Survey and Planning personnel to offer improvement feedback and share ideas

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Strong recent experience, ideally in a Surveying role - Contracts, Installations, Design, Fitter and Site Management backgrounds also highly attractive Practical knowledge in construction; housebuilding; with a kitchen, bedroom or bathroom (KBB) supplier; or in furniture, fixtures and equipment (FFE) Process improvement experience Excellent communication skills
