Roles & Responsibilities of the Bookkeeper:
- Posting invoices
- Bank & credit card reconciliations
- Posting month end journals such as payroll, depreciation, accruals and prepayments
- Prepare month end reports as requested
- Liaising with clients
- VAT Returns
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Practical work experience - Driving License & use of own vehicle. - Experience in using Xero and Quickbooks is preferred - Confident communicator that can liaise with and influence clients - Self-discipline, organised, proactive, able to make and justify own decisions
