My client is an established local business who are looking a Purchase ledger to join their Finance Team for a minimum of 1 year.

My client provided flexible working hours along with free staff parking within Croydon.

Job Description

The key responsibilities for the role of the Purchase Ledger Clerk – Maternity Cover:

  • Processing a high volume of invoices
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Resolving supplier queries
  • Processing Petty Cash for site
  • Scanning & emailing PO invoices to relevant sites

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate for the role of Purchase Ledger Clerk – Maternity Cover:

  • Will be immediately available or have a similarly short notice period
  • Experience of coding invoices
  • A positive and driven personality
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Exposure to Excel
