Job Description

Main Roles & Responsibilities:
Telephone assistance to customers.
All administration required to resolve customer issues.
Sales Order Processing.
Document Scanning and Filing
Assisting with preparation and submission of spreadsheets
Contacting suppliers by telephone, fax and email
Working Hours/Days:
Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm. Must be willing to work occasional Saturday.
Expected Duration:
12months

Experience:
customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
Education:
A-Level or equivalent (Preferred)
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Confident, friendly telephone manner. Computer literate. Ability to priorities and use own initiative. English and Math – GCSE. Polite and able to work as part of a team. Organized. Determination and pride to provide the highest service levels. Positive self-motivated approach. Attention to detail.
