Job Description

You will be responsible for supporting the senior operational Managers within the business. This will entail preparing site specific documents as well as carrying out general office administration. To do this role you will need to be pro-active, motivated and organized. The role involves being the main point of contact for Contracts Managers ensuring that projects have site specific documents prepared and submitted, keeping the client fully up to date of progress on jobs.

Main Duties:

· Responsible for the administration and management of client survey and removal instructions.

· Liaise with policy holders, supply partners, contractors and clients and keep them well informed at all times of any progress or delays.

· Answering telephone calls from policy holders, homeowners, contractors and clients and dealing with queries in a professional manner.

· Book and co-ordinate removal & Surveying teams, ensuring that all site staff are fully utilized when planning works.

· Organize the works within SLA and ensure all completed works are ready for invoicing.

· Provide details to the rest of Customer Service Team regarding revenue/utilization on preassigned site teams as part of daily team huddle.

· Daily courtesy calls to customers for upcoming planned works, to ensure everything is in place for works to be completed successfully and on time.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to work under pressure. Strong written and verbal communication skills and excellent telephone manner. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and outlook. Excellent organizational skills in being able to multi-task and re-prioritize at frequent intervals. A high level of accuracy and has an eye for detail. Ability to work on own initiative. Strong problem solving ability and the ability to ‘think outside the box’ Strong communication and inter-personal skills coupled with a Friendly, calm and professional manner. Ability to handle pressure and good time-management. Ability to adapt to change and work effectively as part of a team. Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve where possible.
