So What Will You Be Doing?
As trainee, your primary responsibility will be to support the Sales team with customer contact, administration and marketing activities. Responsibilities will include: -
· Administration of Salesforce database including data input and data cleansing/management of the database
· Customer and supplier queries and liaison
· Creating quotations/proposal documents
· Outbound fact find calls
· Digital marketing including social media
· Provide outstanding customer service to internal/external stakeholders
· Building good working knowledge of company’s products & services
You will work closely with the wider sales team to create leads and build long-term relationships with existing accounts as well as with new prospects.
