Job Description

Our client is a well-established business based in Harrogate who are looking for a Sales Administrator to join their supportive and professional team. This is a new role within the business to assist the sales team with all administration related tasks, schedule appointments, process sales orders and provide a high level of customer service.

Full time, salary £20,000-£24,000 p/a depending on experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Processing sales orders
  • Preparing reports for sales representatives
  • Booking and rescheduling appointments for the sales representatives
  • Taking incoming sales enquiries
  • Responding to queries
  • Contacting suppliers
  • Assisting with detailed quote sending and following up
  • Assisting with the web chat, handing web enquiries

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • Administration: 1 year (Preferred)

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Excellent communication and customer service skills. Experience in a similar role. Disciplined and highly organized. Able to work on own initiative, confident with positive mentality. Results orientated. Strong IT skills in MS Office.
