Our client is a well-established business based in Harrogate who are looking for a Sales Administrator to join their supportive and professional team. This is a new role within the business to assist the sales team with all administration related tasks, schedule appointments, process sales orders and provide a high level of customer service.
Full time, salary £20,000-£24,000 p/a depending on experience.
Responsibilities include:
Processing sales orders
Preparing reports for sales representatives
Booking and rescheduling appointments for the sales representatives
Taking incoming sales enquiries
Responding to queries
Contacting suppliers
Assisting with detailed quote sending and following up
Assisting with the web chat, handing web enquiries
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Experience:
Administration: 1 year (Preferred)
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Excellent communication and customer service skills. Experience in a similar role. Disciplined and highly organized. Able to work on own initiative, confident with positive mentality. Results orientated. Strong IT skills in MS Office.
