Job Description

As a Senior Bookkeeper you will have experience of working within practice as experience of dealing with multiple clients is essential. You will have experience of undertaking bookkeeping work and will have experience in the use of online accounting software including Xero, Quickbooks, Sage One, or FreeAgent.

The ideal candidate may be AAT Qualified or Qualified by Experience with previous experience of working within practice being essential.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Undertaking client bookkeeping work
Maintaining cashbooks
Preparation of VAT returns
Assisting in the preparation of management accounts
Preparation and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
Attending client premises as required
Providing accounting advice and support to clients

Skills:

AAT Qualified / Qualified by Experience
Experience of working in a practice environment is essential
