My client are a well-established firm based in Leeds City Centre who are looking for an Administrator to join their Debt Recovery team. This role would suit anybody who has previous experience working in Collections/Customer Service or Complaints.
As a Debt Recovery Administrator your duties will include:
Dealing with all inbound/outbound calls from clients
Advising clients where possible on their financial situation
Supporting the wider team with general administration
Updating the internal systems with all relevant client information
Develop a rapport with clients to ensure successful collection of outstanding debt

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous experience working within Debt Recover/Collections is preferred. Previous experience working in Customer Service/Complaints in essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to work towards deadlines. Highly proficient on Microsoft Packages.
