Monday-Friday 9.00-5.00

A fantastic opportunity has arisen working for a successful, stable business, based in Romford, Essex. This is an immediate start for a 6 month contract role in a busy accounts department as a Purchase Ledger Clerk.

Based in Romford, modern offices, professional and well established business

Within this role you will manage the purchase ledger for the business. Day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Processing all orders and invoices for payment on SAGE 200 software
  • Matching invoices against purchase orders reference numbers
  • Querying invoices where deemed necessary
  • Supplier statement reconciliation on Excel
  • Purchase order reconciliation on Excel
  • Filing, general accounts administration support

You must be available to start immediately

Previous accounting knowledge highly desirable
