Commercial business sales agent offering a fantastic opportunity to be part of a small team within a developing company. As an office based sales negotiator you will be handling deals and enquiries via phone and email on a daily basis from new and existing customers.
You will be responsible for building relationships with clients, arranging viewings and handling negotiations between purchasers and vendors on active deals. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with the ability to progress active sales to completion. You will have the responsibility of supporting other members of the team.
Your skill set will be varied with strong negotiation skills, good customer service and sales skills, coupled with a commercial awareness with an in-depth understanding of the business sales market. You must be confident in dealing with people and have the ability to gain trust through care and understanding of their situation.
Experience within the industry and strong knowledge of the business sales market would be preferable, however, consideration will be given to an individual wishing to progress into this role if you have the necessary experience in sales and customer service and possess drive and enthusiasm to succeed.
