Job Description

You’ll be responsible for:

  • To collate and input the ABN orders onto ERP Microsoft AX received by email and check the accuracy in line with the Primary pricing
  • Liaise with production planning to ensure product available at required time.
  • Input of all UK direct starter orders and manage required prescriptions
  • In Game season to input all orders and manage required prescriptions
  • Provide cover for the Export customer services of ROW
  • Pricing of all pig and game orders on a quarterly basis supplied by the Raw materials manager
  • Manage individual direct customers debt level alongside central finance credit control
  • New customer maintenance
  • Develop regular UK sales reporting to support commercial function

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Customer Service experience. Competent with Microsoft suite of software. Knowledge of AX sales system is advantageous. Excellent attention to detail and a team player.
