Job Description
  • Input customer orders into in-house dairy database
  • Ensure all communications, via email and telephone queries/issues encountered with customers and drivers on their shifts, are processed appropriately to give prompt and effective support and to ensure the best outcome
  • Liaising with our customer database which range from schools, care homes, cafes, garden Centre’s, institutes, nurseries, colleges, offices, showrooms, garage forecourts and retail outlets
  • Account Management, monitoring and inputting school holidays, public holidays and inset days
  • Tracking drivers whilst out on the road making deliveries
  • Investigating financial discrepancy reports from key clients

Experience:

  • customer service: 1 year (Required)

Education:

  • GCSE or equivalent (Required)

Job Duties:

  • Answer incoming customer inquiries
  • Stay up-to-date on new products, services, and policies
  • Collect and report customer feedback to ensure that best practice is recognized and maintained
  • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
  • Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
  • Other duties as requested

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Confident in all Microsoft Packages such as Excel, Word and Outlook. Positive, can do attitude. Strong communication skills and able to provide an exceptional service at all times. Proactive and able to work on own initiative. Previous Customer Service & Administration experience. Articulate and professional. A keen eye for detail with good organization skills. The ability to work in a fast paced environment.
