Job Description

Main Duties

  • Processing orders for material supplies on the internal systems.
  • Raising invoices.
  • Responsible for bank reconciliation.
  • Recording transactions such as income and outgoings and posting them to various accounts.
  • Processing payments.
  • Conducting daily banking activities.
  • Providing administrative and clerical support as needed.

Key Skills

  • Must have 1 years + SAGE 50 experience
  • Time Management skills
  • Excellent attention to details
  • Strong communication skill both written and verbally.
    • Can do attitude
