Job Description
Main Duties
- Processing orders for material supplies on the internal systems.
- Raising invoices.
- Responsible for bank reconciliation.
- Recording transactions such as income and outgoings and posting them to various accounts.
- Processing payments.
- Conducting daily banking activities.
- Providing administrative and clerical support as needed.
Key Skills
- Must have 1 years + SAGE 50 experience
- Time Management skills
- Excellent attention to details
- Strong communication skill both written and verbally.
