Job Description

Duties Include:

  • Acting as the bookkeeper for three small companies in the company group.
  • Recording day-to-day financial transactions and completing the posting process, in multiple currencies, of our various business operations.
  • Processing accounts receivable/payable and handling payroll.
  • Raising monthly tenants and client’s invoices and purchase orders
  • Bringing the management accounts to the trial balance stage.
  • Managing tenants and responding to their day-to-day requests.
  • Managing suppliers, as well as general building and maintenance items.
  • Working with the Director to manage special projects and builds.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum of 5 years prior bookkeeping experience, with relevant bookkeeping qualifications.
  • Experience using Sage 50 software.
  • Native English language skills, with an ability to communicate clearly and idiomatically.
  • Great communication skills and feel comfortable proactively managing day-to-day tasks independently.
  • Experience as either a secretary, admin assistant, or property administrator.
  • Happy and able to commute to our office by Staines-upon-Thames, near Heathrow.
