Job Description

My client is a well-established consultancy company located in Huddersfield who seek a client facing administrator to work with the contracts team to ensure completion of contract term renewals, amendments, re-negotiations and client relationship management. You will be responsible for administering contract changes whilst liaising closely between clients and the business to ensure accuracy and compliance.

This is a permanent role working with a leading service provider to the education industry, you hours of work will be 0830 – 1700, Monday to Friday with the ability to work remotely adhering to social distancing measures. In future office based rota’s will be in place, therefore it is essential you can commute to the Huddersfield office.

Duties of the Contracts Administrator: -

  • Action all negotiation and preparation of annual contracts of services
  • Liaise with key contacts and clients to ensure accurate contract compilation
  • Follow up action points from meetings with your clients to summarize the action for the contracts
  • Work closely with the sales team to generate new quotations of additional service requests
  • Manage contract enquiries
  • Administer contracts within deadlines for client sign off

If you have worked within the educational sector previously this will strengthen your application. This is a back office role working as part of a consultancy, this is not an education institution.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Communication; any experience working within a multidimensional role, client facing with administrative duties. Administration; accurate compilation of data and information to form compliance documents. Negotiation; customer service or contract sales exposure will be considered – this is NOT a sales role however anyone working within services should be happy to discuss options with clients.
