Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Change old and design new processes for the team where you see fit.
  • Reconciliation of all company accounts
  • Over-seeing all transactional finance functions
  • Maintenance of the credit control function and debtor reporting to Group.
  • Payroll management using Sage
  • Recruit and manage a small team
  • Day to day company bank account management
  • Preparation of the fixed asset register

Successful Candidate:

  • AAT Level 4 Qualified
  • Has led a transactional Finance team before - has a full understanding of all roles and responsibilities.
  • Strong personality, can demonstrate experience sculpting a team
  • Likes a challenge - the department needs lots of process improvement - employee change management experience will be beneficial
