Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Change old and design new processes for the team where you see fit.
- Reconciliation of all company accounts
- Over-seeing all transactional finance functions
- Maintenance of the credit control function and debtor reporting to Group.
- Payroll management using Sage
- Recruit and manage a small team
- Day to day company bank account management
- Preparation of the fixed asset register
Successful Candidate:
- AAT Level 4 Qualified
- Has led a transactional Finance team before - has a full understanding of all roles and responsibilities.
- Strong personality, can demonstrate experience sculpting a team
- Likes a challenge - the department needs lots of process improvement - employee change management experience will be beneficial
