Managing invoices· & payments
Maintaining accounts, verifying and posting transactions·
Balancing accounts on a regular basis·
Recording balance sheet movements·
Preparing VAT returns·
Processing monthly payroll·
Liaising with clients, suppliers and others·
Working closely with accountant where required·
Preparing management reports as requested by the MD·
Managing· & filing relevant documentation
The Ideal Candidate will:
Be experienced in the use of Xero·
Possess first-rate numerical skills·
Have strong bookkeeping skills·
Have solid organisational skills·
Pay excellent attention to detail·
Have excellent communication skills·
Be able to build good relationships with individuals across the business·
Be highly computer literate (Excel, Word, Outlook etc)·
Able to work quickly, accurately and to deadlines·
Be logical and methodical·
