YOU:

• Experienced Bookkeeper - Cloud Accounting Specialist
• Technical with interest/ability to adapt to new software
• Great relationship builder
• Xero/ QBO and Receipt Bank experience essential

The Role:

• Processing invoices through Receipt Bank
• Setting up bank feeds and bank rules
• Posting sales invoices
• Providing clients training on how to use Receipt Bank and Xero
• Processing and submitting VAT returns
• Build relationships with clients and answering ad-hoc queries
• Train junior members of the team
• Reconcile the Trial Balance on a quarterly basis
• Setup up recurring journals for automation
• Post monthly salary journals
• Research and advising clients on apps from the App Marketplace
