Job Description

Currently all staff are working remotely but usually the role will be a combination of being office based (60%) and working at client premises (40%). The majority of the role will be focused on bookkeeping, VAT Returns and producing monthly and/or quarterly management reports, there will also be variety in the role in the form of projects. This may be assisting clients with assessing accountancy software, training on accountancy packages, reviewing internal financial controls, etc.

To be successful in this role you will need to have: -

* Experience of producing management accounts
* Good experience of bookkeeping up to trial balance and VAT returns
* Strong clients/interpersonal skills
* Excellent written and spoken English
* Strong IT skills/knowledge - ideally looking for candidates that have working knowledge of Xero and Sage
* Previous experience of payroll would be an advantage although not essential
