Job Description

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Responsible for all aspects of the schemes delivery
  • Ensuring the implementation, monitoring and compliance of the company's Quality Control procedures
  • Ensuring best practice with regard to Health and Safety and Fire prevention
  • Managing the day to day activities on site to focus on the successful completion of the development/section of a development
  • Managing all activity to ensure the successful implementation of the build programme
  • Promoting the company's image and managing its reputation for providing the highest standards of health, safety and welfare of all staff and visitors
  • To represent St George to the highest possible standards of business.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience of high end low rise residential developments and a proven track record. Experience in using Asta Programme software Experience in using Fieldview Tablet based management system
