We are looking for someone with a passion for customer service to join our busy Sales Order team. You will be responsible for ensuring that customers’ orders are fulfilled in an accurate and timely way and be the virtual face of the company for both our external and internal customers.
You’ll specifically be responsible for:
· Processing orders from our independent retailers, export customers and direct retail in an accurate and efficient manner
· Keeping all parties updated with order time frames
· Replying to incoming enquiries via email and telephone
· Liaising with our Sales Managers to ensure all orders are processed and customer information is current and correctly inputted on their in-house system
· Having a confident telephone manner and be able to deal with difficult situations and queries
· Managing general administration duties
