Job Description

We are looking for someone with a passion for customer service to join our busy Sales Order team. You will be responsible for ensuring that customers’ orders are fulfilled in an accurate and timely way and be the virtual face of the company for both our external and internal customers.

You’ll specifically be responsible for:

· Processing orders from our independent retailers, export customers and direct retail in an accurate and efficient manner

· Keeping all parties updated with order time frames

· Replying to incoming enquiries via email and telephone

· Liaising with our Sales Managers to ensure all orders are processed and customer information is current and correctly inputted on their in-house system

· Having a confident telephone manner and be able to deal with difficult situations and queries

· Managing general administration duties

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
· Good IT Skills – be a dab hand on Excel and have a good understanding of all other Office products) · Verbal and written communication which has impact · The ability to work collaboratively with others and build excellent business relationships, both internally and externally. · An excellent telephone manner and able to resolve queries and issues calmly · Brilliant product knowledge that you can share with others · A team player with exceptional people skills who can build and develop business relationships quickly both internally and externally · Good intellectual capacity – identify the issues/problems and quickly implement successful solutions · Being solutions driven and action orientated · Having commitment and enthusiasm · Demonstrating good attention to detail and follow-up · Being able to work autonomously without supervision · Being organized with good planning skills · Acting ethically at all times, in the best interests of the Company · Being adaptable to change
