Job Description

As a result of our continued growth, we are now seeking a diligent detail conscious individual to help us maintain our expanding customer base and who we can develop.

Processing orders you must be able to demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Experience of working with a sales order software system is preferable, but not essential, and you need to handle telephone requests and process sales orders from start to finish on a daily basis. We will support you with training on the job and this can be formal qualification.

Ours is a fast passed office environment working in our factory and dealing with glass products, helping and processing customer order requirements. You will update and process customer orders over the phone and Online. You will respond to and resolve customer queries and requests.

The ideal candidate will be articulate and good at detail. The ability to communicate effectively and quickly deal with requests from demanding customers whilst working to strict order dispatch deadlines is essential.

Processing orders made via phone, email and Internet inquiries
Providing product information and support to customers
Managing customer accounts - products, and lead times

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Overtime

Experience:

  • Sales Administration: 2 years (Preferred)

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Customer service focused. Attention to detail. Proactive approach to working. Excellent verbal and written communication. Motivated towards success. Must be able to work as part of a team. Admin and IT skills essential - training in the glass business is provided. Communicate effectively both internally and externally for suppliers and orders. The successful candidate must be able to work in a fast moving multi-functional environment while still maintaining a high level of accuracy and work to a high level of detail. Attention to detail is critical. Providing a high level of customer service and good communication skills.
