You will be accountable for value engineering the project and will be used to suggesting for cost and time effective solutions to get the project completed. You will have a relaxed demeanour and you will adopt a show not tell attitude.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

You will also be used to liaising with government, client and local authority departments and will be comfortable with chairing meeting face to face with varying different levels of audience both in number and stature. It is a prerequisite that you have a CSCS manager’s card and a valid SMSTS, as well as Health and Safety certification.
