Job Description
This a Customer Facing role dealing with pre-sales and sales contracts. You will be responsible for:
Managing large numbers of customers through onboarding and contract extension.
Ensuring that customers receive a great service, they get the right products and are making best use of the software licenses.
Managing a large customer portfolio with several contracts at once, where you may be required to work with the commercial team to facilitate negotiations on new customers as well as contract extensions.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Good telephone manner and excellent people skills. High level of written communication with great attention to detail. Highly organized with the ability to meet tight deadlines. Computer literate – Microsoft Office and Excel experience. Sales or Presales experience, including creating contracts and amending project costs. Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with their clients to ensure repeat business. High level administration skills - previous administration experience desirable. Outstanding negotiation skills.
