Job Description
Tasks will include:
- Looking after the sales and purchase ledgers; raising sales invoices and making timely supplier payments
- Banking and bank reconciliation
- Credit control
- Preparation and submission of timely VAT returns
- Month end reports for Director
- Expenses calculation and payments
- Running of a monthly payroll - previous experience not required as can be run by somebody else
- Ad hoc office administration duties
- Use of Sage software (previous experience a huge advantage)
The role is offered on a full or a part-time basis, (if part-time,, it would be for 20 hours upwards). If full-time, the salary would be £24,000 - £28,000 per annum, and if part-time, it would be £12.00 - £14.00 per hour.
