Job Description
This role will consist of 16 hours per week, which will be completed over 2 days. It will also be an initial 4-month contract. While this is a short term - part time position, there is scope for this to be extended at the end of the period.
Key Duties includes liaising with the accounting team to facilitate the following:
- Accounts preparation to Trial Balance, nominal reconciliations, and analysis.
- Preparation and completion of Quarterly VAT returns including submission to HMRC.
- Bank Reconciliation.
- Responsibility for the Company's Purchase Ledger.
- Preparation of monthly management accounts and forecasts.
- Preparing and processing of monthly payroll.
- Calculation of CIS sub-contractor deductions.
- General administration as normally expected in a small office environment.
