Requirements:

• Construction Management Degree qualified desirable.
• Trade background.
• SMSTS/SSSTS.
• Minimum 10 years post qualification experience in Site Management/Project Management on Commercial and High-End projects.
• Key experience in the delivery of high-spec washroom/WC Fit-Out packages.
• Experienced in team management,
• Excellent communication skills,
• Programme management and health and safety management,
• Supply Chain management and contacts.
• Commercially aware and astute.
• Excellent client management including sub-contractors and consultants.
