Job Description

Role Duties include:

  • Ensure all income and costs have been appropriately approved and recorded accurately
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Sales ledger, sales invoicing and accounts receivable processing.
  • Purchase ledger & purchase invoicing
  • Credit card and expense claim processing.
  • Create payment runs
  • Management Report preparations

Role Overview

  • Permanent role to start ASAP
  • Full Time
  • Hours of work are 08:30- 17:15

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
A minimum of 3 years finance experience in either a commercial or practice environment Able to use own initiative Proven problem solver Excellent communication skills Positive attitude towards work Desirable Requirements: Experience and knowledge of VAT returns Experienced with cloud-based accountancy software such as Xero and Quickbooks
