Job Description
The purpose of this role is to provide full administration support to the Operation on site & report to the Operations Director.
Specific tasks include:
- Answering the phones and filtering them through to the relevant contact.
- Welcoming visitors and facilitating their movements when onsite.
- Stock amendments as and when required & printing/checking of stock adjustment report.
- Looking after Proactis (Purchase Ledger System) regarding raising & processing invoices, raising PO’s & Goods Receipting notes as and when required.
- Managing emails and replying accordingly or filtering to relevant contact/ department.
- To ensure accurate and efficient receipt of incoming materials in accordance with the Goods Inwards schedule and procedure.
- Confirming that Test Certification and material paperwork is correct, and material standard requirements are maintained.
- Carry out regular stock checks and adjust any stock discrepancies.
- Monitoring of incoming stock rotations ensuring that stocks are presented with the correct colour coding and cast numbers.
- Ensure that cut confirmation records are correct and appropriately communicated.
- Liaising with operations staff on daily work plan, scanning, filing & general warehouse admin tasks.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You will have the passion, drive and confidence to work within the business in a collaborative, creative way. Previous experience in a warehouse, admin or transport role is advantageous but not essential. Proactive attitude & approach with excellent communication skills. Be self-motivated and capable of using own initiative with minimal supervision. Be computer literate and have a good hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word. Work in a structured and methodical, well-organized manner at all times.
