Job Description
Key Finance Responsibilities: -
- Processing sales invoices, receipts and payments
- Matching & processing purchase orders & invoices
- Prepare and send monthly statements of accounts to customers
- Completing VAT returns
- Office expenses
- Receive & bank cheques
- Checking & reconciling company bank statements
- Preparing Management Accounts and supporting schedules
- Reconciling supplier statements and arrange for payments
- Dealing with financial paperwork and filing
- Ensure required purchase invoices have been recharged
- Credit control
Key Admin Responsibilities: -
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Ensure customer records are kept up to date
- Compliance with GDPR regulations
- Attention to deal
- Professional telephone manner
- Customer service
This role is looking to start immediately and will run on an on-going basis. On-site parking is available.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Knowledgeable in Sage Line 50 Recent Finance Administration/Bookkeeping experience
