Job Description

Key Finance Responsibilities: -

  • Processing sales invoices, receipts and payments
  • Matching & processing purchase orders & invoices
  • Prepare and send monthly statements of accounts to customers
  • Completing VAT returns
  • Office expenses
  • Receive & bank cheques
  • Checking & reconciling company bank statements
  • Preparing Management Accounts and supporting schedules
  • Reconciling supplier statements and arrange for payments
  • Dealing with financial paperwork and filing
  • Ensure required purchase invoices have been recharged
  • Credit control

Key Admin Responsibilities: -

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Ensure customer records are kept up to date
  • Compliance with GDPR regulations
  • Attention to deal
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Customer service

This role is looking to start immediately and will run on an on-going basis. On-site parking is available.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Knowledgeable in Sage Line 50 Recent Finance Administration/Bookkeeping experience
