Job Description

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Clinic Manager to oversee our Leeds, leading and inspiring the Clinic team.

The Clinic Manager will lead their teams to ensure that key KPIs, including revenue generation and profit expectations, are delivered and that all trading activity is undertaken within the compliance indicators which govern our industry under the CQC Commission. The successful postholder will hold Registered Manager status with the CQC

The Clinic Manager must have a minimum of 3 years management or supervisory experience, ideally with evidence of being from within an aesthetic/medical/healthcare environment.

This is a full time role based upon 40 hours and is not a '9 - 5' role and as such flexibility is essential as the Clinic opens to cover some late nights and weekend clinics.

Salary quoted is base salary and based upon skill level and experience.

The post will be subject to a DBS Disclosure check at enhanced level.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The successful applicant will need to ensure that our patients receive the best customer experience when contacting and visiting our clinics. This is a hands-on role and applicants will be expected to coach and mentor their teams to help them achieve targets covering sales, conversion, quality and profit, problem solving skills is a 'must'. Post holders will be expected to work to key deliverables. Excellent presentation and communication skills are essential as well as empathy and relationship building, especially the ability to make our patients feel at ease and must include evidence of strong personal selling skills.
