Job Description
The main responsibility is to manage a retail service station and forecourt.
Duties
Manage all aspects of the store operation, leading the delivery of excellent customer service and high operational standards
Lead the financial performance of the store
Manage and coach a store team, deliver customer service and operational excellence
Have a passion for delivering KPI’s and increasing customer loyalty
HSSE awareness
Manage stock, cash, waste & ensuring daily routines are adhered to
Manage store facilities to maintain brand image
Manage a broad range of products including Grocery & Beers Wines & Spirits
Process colleague payroll and associated routines to manage accurate labor costs
Maintain adequate controls to identify and resolve any fraudulent activity
Manage the performance of self and others within agreed limits
Recruit, train and retain colleagues to deliver the very best service to our customers
Lead the team to ensure they deliver to brand and customer experience standards

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Candidates should have experience within retail and as a Supervisor, Team Leader Duty / Assistant or Store Manager Level from Superstores, convenience, or big box retail and / or petrol station forecourt environment. Managing and motivating teams. Strong communication and team working skills.
