More specifically, the post holder will be required to undertake the following duties:
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
Direct visitors to the appropriate person
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Scan clients records
Be responsible for ensuring that office is maintained effectively
Deal with suppliers including utility
Arrange purchase of new equipment for office
Review contracts with suppliers
Review lease agreements, insurance policies (e.g. office and professional indemnity).
Processing supplier and debtor’s invoices
Bank reconciliations
Deal with financial paperwork and filing
Other duties commensurate with the position of Senior Administrator.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
proactive and confident approach to work; be highly organized; self-starter and self-motivated; flexibility to juggle various tasks and commitment to see them through to meet deadlines; ideally educated to degree level or equivalent with 2 years office experience within a similar role; excellent written and verbal communication skills; excellent problem solving and project management skills; good IT skills (MS Office applications - including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher); honest and reliable.
