Job Description
What you’ll be doing day to day
- Overseeing all activities and staff to ensure that design, procurement, financial control and site activities are managed to the highest standards in all areas of delivery
- Align the client’s direction and needs
- Interpret contract and build commitments
- Ensuring that the key deliverables within each stage of the project are being administered to the highest quality
- Ensuring the management, planning and coordination of construction activities on site in accordance with the established project specifications, budget and project execution plan.
- Lead the site team to deliver works across multiple work streams including Civil, Mechanical and Electrical.
- Development of strong team working relationships
- Ensuring all project KPI`s and KPM`s are achieved
- Ensuring compliance to NMCN &client procedures
- Cost risk management
- Produce safe and efficient sites
- Bring innovative ideas
- Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
- Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
- Ensure the construction process starts and ends on time, and ensuring daily and weekly deadlines are met
- Managing and motivating site managers, foremen and teams.
- Ensure all equipment needed is both forecast & available on site
- Ensure compliance with national & local health, safety and all other regulation

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
An industry applicable qualification Water Industry knowledge is essential Strong knowledge in Civil, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering. Working knowledge of Microsoft packages Desire to understand and promote the Company purpose, vision, values and culture Trustworthy and ethical approach, exercising discretion where required Organised, structured and professional, with a passion for excellence Flexibility, resilience and the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels Commitment to the provision of excellent customer service Experience in a fast paced, national and multi-site business Self starter who has the ability to prioritise a varied workload and demonstrate good time management to comply with deadlines
