Job Description

• Support large-scale engineering projects (planning, design, installation, commissioning and qualification, launch support)
• Assess and communicate project status including potential risks and delays across multiple teams
• Prepare and conduct weekly standing meetings with internal teams and external vendors/contractors to plan and track deliverables
• Perform data analysis and technical design reviews, identify and carry out innovative solutions that meet both business needs and global design standards
• Assist in providing equipment specifications and technical support to procurement and other business partners
• Collaborate closely with various internal teams such as World Wide Engineering, Construction, Operations, Reliability Maintenance Engineering, IT and Procurement

Basic qualifications:

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering or related discipline. Graduated in the last 6 months or will graduate shortly
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving environment, to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload even when faced with conflicting priorities
• Strong bias for action, with willingness to roll up sleeves and get things done
• An methodical approach to identify technical problems and define improvements
• Ability to engage internal teams and experience to work with partners outside of the organization
• Advanced Microsoft Excel
• Fluency in English required
• Flexibility to travel on average 50% across projects in Europe
