Role Purpose:
Provide timely, efficient and accurate resolution of all invoice issues within all service level agreements.
Partner with internal stakeholders and all customers groups to offer an exceptional service and issues resolution.
Driving excellent communications to strengthen relationships and build the reputation of the brand.
Query management, through to reporting and root cause analysis, offering a proactive resolution to issues and preventing reoccurrence.
Take ownership over the delivery of work tasks and show passion for the delivery and maintenance of a high-quality customer focus service.
