Our client is recruiting an Accounts Payable Clerk on a Temporary- Permanent basis for a leading, independent digital agency in Central London, Applicants must be immediately available and have a strong interest in working in a growing and exciting global digital agency.
JOB RESPONSIBILITITES INCLUDE:
Monitoring of the Finance email inbox to ensure all internal and external queries relating
to Accounts Payable are actioned
Ensuring the accurate and timely processing and payment of invoices and expenses
Setting up weekly bank payments for approved invoices and expenses
Reconciling multi-currency bank accounts
Assisting with month-end
Building a close working relationship with all operational staff across the group
Managing supplier database
Assisting with audit requests
Demonstrating Purchase Ledger experience is essential
Able to work effectively with minimal management guidance/supervision
Understanding of accounting processes and procedures
An organised approach and excellent time management skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
An analytical and logical approach to problem solving
Good numeracy skills
Ability to work under pressure
SAP experience preferable
