Job Description
Construction Site Manager Duties:
- Management of Health and Safety onsite
- Prepare Health and Safety Documents
- Programming of projects
- Management of subcontract labour on site
- Delivery co-ordination of materials
- Produce weekly site reports and completion of paperwork consistent with agreed systems and processes
- Attend site meetings
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
An experienced Construction Site Manager Experience on large scale fit-out/refurb projects Experience and knowledge the construction process Experience on Project over £5m Joinery background would be beneficial A self-assured manner, dedicated, reliable and an independent and flexible approach to work Ongoing willingness to take on interesting work assignments
